"My experience with Adam Lemmert state farm has been horrible. They have tried to terminate my policy saying I don't live in North Carolina. ( We went in person to the office to get insurance with our Id's and lease) We went back into Adam's office and showed our ids again, trying to get that problem solved. Then I received a letter from North Carolina saying that my policy was cancelled, I never canceled my policy, Adam Lemmert took the payment out of my account. Then in June 2024, I received another letter from North Carolina saying that my motorcycles had a lapse in coverage and that a form FS-1 was needed to prevent my license plate from being terminated. I call in to Adam's office on June 19 and spoke with a representative about the letter from the state, he said it would be taken care of. July 2024 I have received a letter from the state, my license plate is terminated. No one there cares about doing the right thing, or customers satisfaction. I now have to pay a fine with the state for using Adam lemmert office. Never again 😒 Edit. I went into Adam Lemmert office today. 07-19-2024. I spoke with Ryan. He said it was my fault for none payment. ( not true) He gave me the FS-1 form to reinstate my license plate, but he obviously did not read the paper in his hands, I received a FS-1 form for a motorcycle that has nothing to do with canceled license plates and the fine. Still have a motorcycle with insurance and a canceled license plate."
