"Customer service at my local office was poor. I tried calling my agent 3 times since the day after Christmas to add a previous vehicle to my policy.They never return my call after I left them 2 voicemails. I was unaware that the main office connected me to a representative from my previous agent, after I requested to transfer agents, so that I could add my previous vehicle. The rep added my vehicle, but he had a mild altitude. I suppose he was upset b/c I switched agents."

"Do not waste your time with this agent. There is only one individual there that actually has ethics and customer service skills. Adam is arrogant and never returns calls. They will cancel you when a storm is about to hit ,after 15 years only filing 2 home owners ins. Claims but still bill you even after they cancel you. they have done this to not only myself but several others’."

"I highly recommend this State Farm agency. My home insurance went up $2100 in one year. I called over 10 companies looking for a cheaper policy. State Farm was my first call, and I spoke to Peyton Cleary. It took over two weeks trying to figure out which company was best for me. During this two weeks, Peyton did not pressure me with calls or emails like all the other companies. After sorting through all the proposals, State Farm had the best coverage, better than my Previous policy, at a better price.
