"I always had a hard time getting someone from this agency to follow up with me for changes and inquiries, (adding a policy, changing an address, etc.) which caused several delays and became frustrating. I started shopping around and was able to find better service from a vendor who beat the prices I had with Adam Lemmert. I switched in January; the Lemmert agency has yet to cancel my policy with them after a call and several emails."

"Payton Clary is excellent. A real winner. She was careful, thoughtful, polite, friendly, and accommodating. And she saved me approximately $2000 by thoroughly checking what my policy currently covered what I really needed and how we might adjust it. I've talked to many agents who seemed to be more interested in telling me something, than really saving me money. I was impressed with Payton's detailed knowledge of the insurance industry and the levels of coverage I need. She noted that my coverage for personal property was way too low. She also uncovered the fact that although I thoudght I had liability coverage from my primary residence insurace policy, I in fact did not. These are just two examples of how Payton, dug deep into the current coverages and what I should have. It is interesting that I received a call from an agent with another company who after taking 20 minutes to collect information called me back to say there were no companies that she could find that would provide insurance for my property. Payton definitely went the extra mile and deserves recognition for that. I highly recommend her and appreciate her outstanding service on my behalf."
